- A strength day focusing on the lower body muscles to improve muscle strength, stability, bone density, joint health and boost your metabolism.

- Build muscle, burn fat, and become the strongest version of yourself! Using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, yoga blocks, resistance bands and body weight movements, this total body workout that will add strength, balance, mobility and help you become your best self!

- Cardio and Core
- Workouts that alternate between bursts of cardio and periods of core training. In this class, we use lighter weights and focus on increasing the number of reps completed. These workouts will burn max calories, and improve heart health and endurance, along with helping improve stability, balance, and posture, while increasing overall core strength.

- A dynamic, high-energy workout where the beat of the music is paired with functional movements. These classes will use lighter weights and high reps to incorporate strength and cardio training.

- Challenge your entire body with these dynamic circuit workouts. These classes target all major muscle groups through a series of stations focusing on strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. You will move from station to station working at your own pace making this class great for all experience levels.

- A high energy martial art workout that combines kicks and punches with light weights to enhance your cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and agility. We mix in some basic core movements to continue to strengthen and build a solid foundation.

- This HIIT workout incorporates weighted slam balls through a series of dynamic exercises. It is designed to combine strength and cardio, with an emphasis on core muscles, to burn calories and build lean muscle.

- Strengthen your core and enhance overall stability in this 30-minute dynamic core class. Through a combination of targeted exercises and techniques, you'll develop a stronger midsection, improve posture, and enhance your functional strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

- Bring your little (son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild, or friend) and move your bodies. This class is designed for you to move your body as well as help children develop coordination and balance. Come help those littles burn off extra energy while you burn off calories.

- Relaxing music and a warm room with soft lighting. Come stretch out your body at a slow pace, targeting key muscles, joints, and common problem areas while relaxing your mind as you prepare to tackle a new week. - This class combines Barre, Pilates and Yoga into one low-impact workout from a yoga mat. Improve your balance, posture, and strength as you focus on core engagement, body alignment and breath work. Wrist/Ankle bangles and a weighted ring are used to enhance your workout and define your entire body.

What To Bring
- All equipment will be provided for you for classes including yoga mat, weights, bands, yoga blocks, rings, bangles, or any other equipment we plan to use.
- If you would like, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle.
