Welcome to Next Level Health and Fitness! My name is Kayla Engleman and I am the Founder and owner of Next Level Health and Fitness, LLC. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, Registered Nurse, former collegiate athlete, and busy mom of 7 kids. I also have several other certifications including group fitness, strength training, boxing, cycling, sculpt, and mat pilates.
I understand the importance of taking care of yourself all while making it fun and doing it in a time-efficient way. The workouts we offer include options for strength, cardio, and some that combine these elements to optimize calories burned while still building muscle and toning up. Whether your goal is to build muscle, improve endurance, or aim for total body conditioning, we provide a variety of classes for a balanced approach to help you reach your goals efficiently.
At Next Level, we offer a wide variety of classes designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Whether you're looking for a low-impact class to improve mobility and flexibility or a high-energy workout to push your limits, we've got something for everyone!

Hi! I'm Brooklyn Krull and I am finishing my 3rd year at University of Sioux Falls. I am double majoring in Elementary and Special Ed and have loved leading classes whenever I can find the time! I have been attending classes in Sioux Falls for a while so have loved transitioning into leading. I love this place and who it has brought me closer to! My favorite is leading a sweaty Sculpt!

Howdy! I'm Des Kopp and I'm a high school PE and Health teacher and I love all things movement based! My husband and I have 3 kids, who we enjoy watching in all their activities. I taught some fitness classes in college and am loving being back at it at Next Level! I really love teaching all the classes, but a sweaty partner slam class just might be my favorite!!

Hi! I'm Natalie Kirch! I'm a wfie and mama of 3. I work as a Safety and Project Manager at Trans Ova Genetics in Sioux Center. I anjoy all things outside, moving my body and spending time with family. I spent many years running as my primary source of exercise, but as I have aged, I have dabbled more and more in strength training...and have come to love it! Next Level has been good for my body, but even better for my mind and soul. I love that I have the opportunity to work with this community! I have certificates for instructing strength and boxing. My favorite classes are Upper and Lower Body, focusing on slowing down and lifting heavy.
