Classes Offered


 

  • Monday morning: Lower Body Strong
    • A strength day focusing on the lower body muscles to improve muscle strength, stability, bone density, joint health and boost your metabolism.  
  • Tuesday morning: Total Body HIIT
    • Strength training to tone the whole body while adding in short burst of cardio.  
  • Wednesday morning: Cardio and Core
    • Workouts that alternate between periods of cardio and period of dynamic core training.  Using lighter weights and increasing reps, we focus on increasing heart rates to improve cardiovascular function, endurance, and burn max calories. 
    • Wednesday evening: Full Body Sculpt
      • A high energy workout class incorporating light weights and resistance equipment with bursts of cardio.
    • Thursday morning: Upper Body Strong
      • Using a variety of equipment, we focus on the muscles in the upper body and core to increase strength, improve posture, support bone health and boost metabolism.
    • Friday morning: Total Body HIIT
      • Strength training to tone the whole body while adding in short burst of cardio.
    • Saturday: Chec,k the app for class offered each week
      • A bonus Total Body Toning, Full Body Sculpt, or Slam Ball is offered on Saturdays.  Check my App to stay up to date.
    • Sunday evening: Full Body Sculpt
      • A high energy workout class incorporating light weights and resistance equipment with burst of cardio.
    • Additional Classes Offered: *Check the app or schedule for times
      • Slam Ball
        • This HIIT workout incorporates weighted slam balls through a series of dynamic exercises.  This class combines cardio and strength training, with an emphasis on core muscles.  
      • Core 30
        • A 30 minute dynamic core training class to improve posture, stability, and overall core health.
      • Mini and Me
        • Grab your little (son, daughter, niece, nephew, grandchild or friend) and come move your bodies. 
      • Restore
        • Soft music, dark lights, and a warmed room, come stretch your body, relax your mind, and take some time to relax.

     

    *Summer Morning Classes will be held 6:00 am - 6:45 am. These hours go from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

    *Labor Day through Memorial Day, morning classes will be held 5:30 am -6:15am.

    What To Bring


    • All equipment will be provided for you for classes including weights, bands, yoga blocks and a yoga mat.  
    • If you would like, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle.
