Welcome to Next Level Health and Fitness! I am here to help you tone up, build strength, burn calories and achieve all your health and fitness goals! I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Nurse, former collegiate athlete, and busy mom of 6 kids, soon to be 7. With these credentials, I understand the importance of taking care of yourself all while doing it in a time-efficient way.  My workout schedule incorporates both strength and cardio days to optimize calories burned while building muscle and improving your cardiovascular health for the long-term benefits.  I have been creating and following the 4-2-1 method, 4 days strength based, 2 days cardio based, and 1 day of active rest or stretching.  With this format of workouts, I have seen the biggest strides in my own body and so many I have trained already.  After 6 kids, I no longer have a diastasis recti gap in my abdominal muscles, have noticed more muscle toning, increased metabolism, and feel healthier both mentally and physically.  I am confident that sticking with my program will do the same for you! 

Modifications for exercises are offered throughout the class.  You can sign up anytime.  Monthly charges will drop the same date of sign-up each month. (Example: if you sign up on the 24th, you will be charged on the 24th each month). You can download the Glofox app and search for 'Next Level Health and Fitness' at any time to get signed up or click on the 'Schedule' tab to book a class!  There are punch card options or a monthly unlimited membership.  Want to try before you buy?  The first class is always free!  From workout plans to nutrition tips, I will be here to motivate you to find and maintain the lifestyle you are looking for!

I am so excited to introduce Brooklyn Krull to the Next Level family.  Brooklyn will be teaching Full Body Sculpt classes on Sunday and Wednesday evenings as well as occasional Restore.  Coming from years of group fitness classes, Brooklyn has decided to start instructing as well!  She brings so much energy to her classes and will be sure to push you in this cardio based workout.
